Based on extensive claims, documents, opportunity to avoid litigation, litigation, and further warnings to proceed at the International Criminal Court, I accuse those responsible for the numerous violations of the Nuremberg Code https://www.loc.gov/rr/frd/Military_Law/NT_major-war-criminals.html, crimes against humanity, war crimes, crimes of aggression, deferral of investigations, superior power, corrupt courts, law society, and lawyers, corruption within the election and nomination of judges with conflicts of interest, the crown attorney and office of the prosecutor, staff and administration across the justice system and members of parliament, those abusing their power, privileges and immunities, offenses against the administration of justice with a coordinated effort to obstruct justice, denied third party documents and evidence, denied reparations, and inflated costs to seek justice that will have pushed me into homelessness multiple times while fighting for justice. I speak for the millions of Canadians, and people around the world who are denied justice due to violations and crimes against humanity. I am a multiple minority, I am here to speak for First Nations, who are held hostage by invaders that are protected by international alliances to maintain pIower and control over a seemingly infinite amount of resources. It is alarming that I even need to remind the ICC, UN, and more, that Canada is under active colonization, First Nations live in concentration camps, isolated, abused, silenced, oppressed, denied justice, and forced to assimilate to succeed. Coordinated efforts have been used across Canada to obstruct education and the history of First Nations which further contributes to crimes against humanity. ACtive genocide exists against first nations, POC, persons with disabilities, the homeless, sex workers, lower classes, older adults, students, renters, and many other vulnerable members of this oppressive state funded by international parties. Have it known, the ICC has been involved, ignoring my pleas for help in JUNE 2021. How many First Nations were involved in establishing the ICC and Canadian relationships? How many cases created by First Nations have been aggressively ignored by the ICC? How is Canada still under Active Colonization if the ICC and Canada have such strong relationships, with the UN, and other members of society who claim to seek justice. THROWING MONEY AT US DOESN'T HELP. PEOPLE TAKE THIS MONEY BECAUSE THEIR CHILDREN ARE DYING ISOLATED, NO ACCESS TO EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE RACISM OFF THE REZ, AND THEY ARE CHOOSING BILLION DOLLAR CONTRACTS TO SELL OFF MORE LAND TO SAVE THE CHILDREN. GET OVER HERE AND DRINK THE WATER. To prove genocide well, one would expect to see irrefutable evidence of coordinated effort to obstruct, criminalize, and eradicate people, below you will see effort from every platform that is designed to maintain peace and justice, platforms that preach about equality, as a means to hide the systemic racism, and systemic genocide, that exists beyond the people in power, and within the systems that are necesary to live. With my own shoes, with multiple minorities, I have met enough people across Canada that have fallen victim to Canada and Global Influences to obstructions, abuses of power, crimes against humanity, and the evidence included proves this beyond a reasonable doubt. Dehumanized include: first nations, refugees, asians, africans, homeless, sex workers, students, older adults, children, LGBTQ+, persons with mental differences (the big ones: Autism, Shiczophrenia, Suicide), sexual assault victims, and more, basically anyone that isn’t an elite. Right? I do not see these vulnerable people represented in roles at the . It is evident that we live in an elitist society, classism is at the root, and may this be an end to the extreme coordinated effort to control land, resources, and people, while capitalizing off the vulnerable, those suffering, thus further contributing to generational trauma around the world, in spite of years of preaching how wrong these conditions are. THESE PERPS BELOW HAVE ALL BEEN CONTACTED IN REFERENCE TO THESE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, I HAVE PERSONALLY INVOLVED MANY OF THESE PEOPLE SINCE 2018, AND IT IS HARDER FOR US TO LIVE SINCE, IT IS WORSE. THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE FROM PEOPLE AND GROUPS LIKE ME AROUND THE WORLD AND IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE. IT IS INTENTIONAL. THE PEOPLE WHO DEFEND CANADA ARE EITHER SUSPECT OR GASLIT DUE TO AN OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, EDUCATION, AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
Due to globalization, and coordinated effort of multiple nations to colonize Canada, the defendants in Canada are heavily influenced, and in fact always a step behind decisions made by other countries and those listed as defendants living outside Canada below. These leaders around the world significantly contributed toward these crimes, with those enforcing these crimes going as far to say it is what the experts at WHO say, or UN, or Fauci.
Those named below have been offered opportunities to avoid litigation, and have left me with no choice but to seek further action. In my attempts to seek justice within Canada, I have been obstructed, by those within and outside this country, the evidence, letters, lawsuit claims, and evidence speaks for itself. I have continued to do the impossible, while traumatized, without representation, and the very requirement to narrate this injustice on my own is one of many attempts to obstruct justice. I do not feel safe, and I am not afraid. There is evidence of coordinated effort to control the narratives, prevent and obstruct justice through all and any means possible, and I truly made sure to ask everyone to be aware, of not only their position and role in the public system, but also the risks involved in avoiding the issues. I asked for help, then I asked nicely for things to change, then I started to yell, then filed lawsuits, everything stopped, I asked to be euthanized, and then I asked to leave the country. Since 2018, my life has become worse and nearly impossible to live, and I have been left to suffer as though my life is not worth saving. OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
IF I SET THE BAR FOR SEEKING JUSTICE, AND EVERYONE INCLUDED HERE HELPS TO OBSTRUCT IT, WHAT DOES THAT SAY TO THE NEXT PERSON WHO SEEKS JUSTICE, IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH?
We now understand that policies can change over night when emergencies arise, should there be enough incentive to do so. We have many emergencies: First Nations, CEO to worker wages, doctor shortages, mental health, LTC capacity, student debt, housing/homelessness, suicide, ill trained police, and this coordinated effort to obstruct justice began when I involved the government. I have been able to seek justice across my life, at Portfolio Management, TD Canada Trust, University of Western, University of Guelph, and it all stopped when I involved the government, specifically starting with great effort at the National level at the National Student Loan Service Centre, and I was able to create a lot of motion in the first year of my battle. These are the ways my perpetrators have obstructed my justice since 2018, and there is enough evidence to prove it. Refusing to look at this report as someone that provides justice, the destruction of this evidence, the purposeful avoidance of these claims,, is an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. I would suggest you start governing yourself according to the criminal code if you do not want to end up in jail, and if you are reading this as one of my perpetrators, I will be arguing for your jail time. Time to make an example out of all of you for the rest of the world, and make sure others know that they can throw their leaders in jail if they try to obstruct justice, as well as anyone that helps them, or whoever they encourage to obstruct justice with them.
Justin Trudeau has already been recorded amongst his own team in multiple scandals trying to obstruct justice. He has too many scandals already. Mine is huge. I have been buried well because they all thought I was vulnerable. But I am not… Not nearly as vulnerable as they wanted me to be. The people whom I will prove to be criminals underestimated me and thought they could get away with it. What makes me special? Lots of people out there are demanding attention, right? I started in 2018, went straight for the root, saw all the broken pieces of the puzzle, and I wanted them all changed yesterday, with good reason, and I have a strong case with lots of evidence. I have enough evidence to say that these people are criminals. I will be able to prove an extreme coordinated effort to keep me buried, and well, this case is messy, but there is a great deal of order. You will easily see my direct influence on policy changes, media articles, and changes across the system. First they deny everything that happened to me, then they change some policies to show they do better, or do not do what I accused them of, and let me suffer from their mistakes. If this case does not have what it takes to put these criminals in jail, considering their efforts to obstruct justice, collectively, for this long, so obvious too, with emergency meetings after my mass email. It is just so obvious. If this is obstructed in court, I WILL ARGUE that those making the decisions in court are also obstructing justice and protecting criminals, and we really do need a big reset. We have already shown 100 federal judges in the USA with undisclosed conflicts of interest and financial ties. We already know you exist, and now it is time to find the corruption. Any judge that refuses this should be a suspect. Anyone and everyone obstructing even the faintest bit of justice should be thrown in jail.
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE includes underfunding the courts that see these cases, 6 months for answer on life threatening cases, or the commissionaires, and all those who govern the regulation of these public employees, as they are all underfunded. The entire system is built to obstruct justice, and everyone quite frankly, who has been employed in these positions, who accept these obstructions, should be held accountable. Doing nothing, is not enough. Ask the Germans. Enough is enough. The extremist thing here is how these governments take the voice away from vulnerable people, one major action that promotes extremism is taking peoples voices away, not hearing people, not listening, finding a way to obstruct justice, will never bring peace, and everyone already knows this as it has been written down a million times, and for anyone to stray from this should be held accountable for terrorism, as thier very actions to obstruct justice increases the risk for extremeism. The people are not born monsters, the systems they live in create them, the people obstructing justice create monsters. The system has been hoping to create a monster out of me, they have hoped for me to do something stupid so they could lock me up, but I am not and will never be the monster they want me to be. And I will never be the monster I will be proving them to be. Obstructing justice is one of the worst crimes, and creates the most crimes in this world. IMO. It is ripe today. As we can clearly see from protests on the streets around the world over and over, I am not the only one fighting to be heard, and the people obstructing justice should be held accountable for this civil unrest.

Working at Portfolio Management I was trained for the NSLSC, but then declined to collect for them because I heard debtors could just complain to their MP and make whatever payment they wanted. Because of my issues with the NSLSC, I went to the government first, before my work, before anyone else, I went to my MP, David McGuinty. This is the FIRST TIME I demanded justice from the Government, this is the first time I felt completely thrown out. Literally thrown out, and I felt like they have been trying to bury me and hide what they have done to me since the moment I complained, and looking at all of this evidence, and the people involved, and the bar I set for justice, it becomes irrefutable that I am one of many victims of corruption, and criminal activity across various platforms, in multiple countries, around the world. No big deal, and if this case, and all the other cases combined, do not prove that a lot of the people in power, around the world, should step down, and some should be jailed for their misuse and abuse of power. Got to ottawa, within days I was disowned by ONEILS for being gay, denied access to my father as I am graduating. Only knew them for a year, they used money to bribe me to staying quiet about my story, threatened me, obstructed justice, and prevented me from meeting my father. Really fucked up family. OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE They admitted to keeping my father off the grid, that he did this to two other women, that I have two half brothers, that they hid his schizophrenia,prevented him from getting help, prevented my mother from finding him by keeping all his bills in Dan Oneils name, Dan Oneil then used me as a dependent, got me a bunch of stuff that he could write off basically, kept receipts of all of it then threw it all in my face when in less than a year when he found out I was gay. I lied about being gay from the start because I mentioned to the nicer one, Adele, that my father thought my mom was gay, and she was exremely insulted, and said in confidence we dont have anyone like that in this family, especially martin, and I knew they were very religious, and so I kept it to myself. I was afraid to be disowned, and I was disowned within the year, and they have continued to keep me from my father even after I have tried to file lawsuits and get doctors. My mom has also been trying to seek justice. It is very sad, and my mother has resented me my entire life because of this man abandoning her in the middle of her pregnancy. She spent the rest of her pregnancy in a homeless shelter …

September my team admits to initiating me behind my back to see if I have what it takes, they saw my resume and 10 years as a banker, Julie Mulligan picked up this lot of trees to inventory, it was hundreds of hundred year old Hawthornes that she was trying to save from the city developing stormwater management …. I lost lots of clothing on thorns, left the site with wounds every day, there was poison ivy in the bush and I had to measure every single trunk in a forest, and it was a great learning experience - however it was chosen for me to humiliate me and they bragged about it when they realized I was good enough to stay on the team. This was when I felt like I was on the wrong team, but I stayed, I just don’t agree with sadistic nature.
I did the entire thing with a broken rib too because I was falling a little suicidal to be honest because I realized we were not going to make it, we didnt make enough money when our student loans came in, I felt trapped with my boyfriend, I felt like I could not leave him and if I did I would not be able to survive, we were not happy, we fought a lot, he was stressed about his family in Toronto, he wanted to leave and move home, he resented me because I could not afford to live on my own, and I tried to jump off the balcony and he found me on the edge and ripped me off and broke my rip in the process. People do not understand the kind of pain people have due to these unjust policies and my trauma is dismissed, my voice is powerless, and this is an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. I was tortured and initiated by my employer who already didn’t pay me enough, and then they have been trying to bury my story since 2018. The government has allowed them, and every single thing that has happened to me since, has been shoved under the rug, every single person has avoided me like the plague… this is an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. From this point on the entire thing is going to be told. And this story is going to change things around here whether you like it or not, dont like it, get a new job.

Once they forced me out of my job, making it harder for me to afford to live considering I now longer had the over time I needed to survive. I started selling myself online again. I did not want to die because I was unhappy, it is because my employer made it harder for me to live, and the government didn’t care. I had no lawyer, no one to help me, minister ignored me, David mcguinty blocked me online, and I did not receive any further responses. They all knew what would happen making these decisions and they obstructed justice by hoping they could use my vulnerabilities to the point I give up. This is a common strategy that is taught in law school. It is unethical, and the entire system needs to be protected from this unethical treatment and these people running things right now will be held accountable to using these tricks to obstruct justice. Since fighting to make things better for myself and others, I have been thrown around like I do not exist.
Oct 23 Dr Cattan: Psych Dr Cattan. Tried to prevent me from recording - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. LTC Care already broken: Florence McClure, retired teacher, who was EVICTED from her LTC care cause $5000 wasnt enough after she BROKE HER HIP, and she made too much money for the public system, but not enough for the $10000/month full care LTC, so she became the families job, by the time I moved in, she had been bed ridden since her eviction, her benefits didnt cover anything, except drugs… she was not taken care of by professionals, the doctor had her on uppers and downers, I took one of the ones she took for parkinsons and it felt similar to mdma, then she was prescribed antipsychotics at night as a sleeping pill. She has MRSA all over her body and full of antibiotics. The family had no idea what to do, even with 5 people taking turns helping her, i moved in and took control of everything really, god her place cleaned, created schedules, checked her meds, contacted manulife for cory, called LTC facilities and nurses around the area, fought to have help for her medication costs, and equipment that we needed, it was endless how many road blocks there were at the end of her life and in the short time that she was in LTC, she had many horror stories about how they treated her, kept her drugged up, and the food was disgusting, worse than any food i have ever seen in my life to be honest. November 2019: I talked to Adam in Unit 4 about my smoking, he wasn’t worried. He was curious as to why. He gave me a number to his friend that is a lawyer and gave him a heads up. I already had a lawyer set up but I thanked him. Because I was smoking within my own space, that no vents share or central air system, that it is not my responsibility. There is NO health threat within a confined space. Scents are subjective. Some people do not want to smell a lot of things, but living in the core of a city, it is hard to avoid. Especially when you chose for homes that do not restrict these things. My lawyer said that if other tenants want to live in a place where all units have non-smoking, they have to make sure that is specified in the contract before they sign it. They cannot impose their ideals on other tenants unless there is a shared space. Two confined spaces do not equal a shared space, such as smoking in an entrance we both share to access the unit, or smoking within a sunroom we both have access to in our lease. The landlord should have defended me, and said that because this was not in the lease, I cannot enforce this. The lawyer made me feel very comfortable. Everyone in my life, those online, myself, and more... many people obstructing justice together to make it harder for me to leave and fear my life and safety. I am speaking for many people too, who look up to me and feel helpless and afraid and see that the rcmp is actively involved in obstructing justice.

I would like to file a complaint with the chief, commissionaire, all those in leadership roles directing constables to obstruct justice. the person following the most recent orders is CST LAFOND, but the direction is from the top, and this complain involves a front end employee but they are all following orders. Even tho people following orders have been SUED late in their life 50-60 years later, so be sure that my journals will be saved, justice happens eventually, no matter how long you try to obstruct it.
